1. Eligibility:

The "32nd Annual Thanksgiving Celebration with Julian Nabozny" Contest ("Contest") is open to legal residents of Arizona who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Julian Nabozny, Espiritu Schools, MeHug, and other companies associated with the promotion of the Contest, as well as their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each employee are not eligible to participate. The Contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Sponsor:

The Contest is sponsored by Julian Nabozny, owner of the event "32nd Annual Thanksgiving Celebration with Julian Nabozny," co-hosted by Espiritu Schools and MeHug, and will take place on November 20th, 2025.

3. Agreement to Official Rules:

Participation in the Contest implies full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules and fulfillment of all other requirements specified herein.

4. Contest Period:

The Contest begins on November 17, 2025, at 12:00 AM MST and ends on November 20, 2025, at 11:59 PM MST (the "Contest Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the Contest through various methods, including online.

5. How to Enter:

Online: To enter online, visit the official contest website (www.thanksgivingarizona.com or www.acciondegraciasarizona.com), follow the provided instructions to complete the entry information, and submit your entry.Via Text Message: To enter via text message, send a text message with the keyword "GRACIAS" to 844-764-2122. An auto-reply will be sent to your device in response to your text message. Follow the directions provided in the reply to confirm your entry. Standard text and data rates may apply for each text message sent or received from your mobile device, according to your carrier's terms.Each individual is limited to one (1) entry per person, per email address, per mobile phone number, and per household for the entire Contest Period, regardless of the method of entry. Entries received from any individual, email address, mobile phone number, or household exceeding the stated limitation will be invalidated. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

6. Prize Drawing:

Winners will be selected randomly on November 20, 2025. The odds of being selected depend on the total number of entries received.

7. Winner Notification:

Potential winners will be notified via email, text message and/or online list on thanksgivingarizona.com. Each potential Grand Prize winner (or their parent/legal guardian if a minor in their state of residence) must complete, electronically sign, and submit a Declaration of Compliance within five (5) days from the date of the notification or the attempted notification to claim their prize. In the event that a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to submit the Declaration of Compliance within the required time frame (if applicable), or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will forfeit their prize. Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon meeting all requirements. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the Sponsor will select an alternate winner through a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be conducted, after which the prize will remain unawarded. Prizes will typically be fulfilled approximately 1-3 days after the conclusion of the Contest.

8. Prizes:

9. General Conditions:

In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Contest is compromised in any way due to factors such as fraud, viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, technical issues, or any other cause that, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor, hinders the Contest's proper operation, the Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Contest to address the issues and then resume the Contest in a manner that aligns with the spirit of these Official Rules, or (b) terminate the Contest and, if terminated, randomly select a prize winner from the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the point of the interruption. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or found to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in a manner that is unsportsmanlike or disruptive. Any attempt by any person to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorney's fees) and other remedies to the fullest extent allowed by law. The failure of the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

10. Release and Limitations of Liability:

By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and other companies associated with the Contest, as well as their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any claim or cause of action arising from their participation in the Contest or their receipt or use of the prize, including any related travel or activities. This includes, without limitation: (a) technical errors related to the Contest, such as lost, interrupted, or unavailable internet service, network, server, wireless service provider, or other connections, availability or accessibility, as well as miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cellular tower, or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failures or delays; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Contest; (c) mechanical, network, electronic, computer, human, printing, or typographical errors; (d) application downloads or text messages; (e) any other errors or issues related to the Contest, including but not limited to errors that may occur in the administration of the Contest, the announcement of the winner, the cancellation or postponement of the event and/or flyover (if applicable), incorrect downloading of the application, the processing of entries, application downloads, text messages, or any other materials related to the Contest; and (f) injury, death, losses, or damages of any kind to persons or property, which may be caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by the entrant's participation in the Contest or their acceptance, receipt, or misuse of the prize, including any related travel or activities. Entrants further agree that the Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Contest, and they waive any rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including attorney's fees. The Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether due to site users, tampering, hacking, or any equipment or programming related to the Contest. Entrants waive the right to claim any damages, including but not limited to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, which may result from their participation in the Contest.

11. Event Disclaimer:

The Sponsor shall not be held responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur during the "32nd Annual Thanksgiving Celebration with Julian Nabozny" event. Any potential risks associated with the event, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or damage to property, are the sole responsibility of event attendees and participants. By attending the event to claim the prize, winners acknowledge and accept any potential risks.

12. Communications Disclaimer:

The Sponsor is not liable for any failures in communication, including but not limited to the failure of email, text messages, or mobile applications to work or notify winners on time. Participants understand and accept that electronic communication systems may fail, and the Sponsor shall not be held responsible for any such failures.

14. Disputes:

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND ARIZONA, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, each participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and any causes of action arising from or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in ARIZONA having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will the participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney's fees, other than the participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and the participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
